About
Second Life offers the ability to try out new ideas for impossible architecture. In this virtual world, avatars do not have a need for walls or roofs other then for psychological boundaries. Gravity exists, but is not a restriction like the real world. Anyone can take off and fly at will in any direction. Many buildings here have been influenced by these features and have become more of an expression of taste rather than protection from the elements and theivery. Even common camera positions have had an effect as most people don't look at the world through there own eyes, but from above. This has resulted in buildings with high ceilings or no ceilings at all. I love expressing myself. From Dedric Mauriac via blogHUD.com
